This document is a public offer defining the terms of photo processing services using artificial intelligence technologies via the Living Memories service.

2. Acceptance

Acceptance of this offer is the act of payment (purchasing credits). By making a payment, you confirm agreement with all conditions.

3. Services Description

• Photo animation (face animation)
• Restoration of old and damaged photos
• Dance video creation
• Virtual clothing try-on
• Creative photo transformation via text prompts
• Holiday postcard creation

4. Payment

Payment is made by purchasing credits through Stripe or YooKassa. Each service has a fixed credit cost listed on the pricing page.

5. Refunds

Credits are automatically refunded to your balance on processing errors. Monetary refunds for purchased credits are not provided.

6. Liability

The provider is not responsible for result quality dependent on source photo quality. The user is responsible for compliance with copyright and third-party rights.
