2. Service Usage

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
• Uploading illegal content is prohibited
• Creating deepfakes without consent of depicted persons is prohibited
• You are responsible for the content you upload

3. Credits and Payment

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Generation costs are listed on the pricing page
• Credits are automatically refunded on generation errors
• Unused credits do not expire

4. Intellectual Property

Generation results belong to the user. We do not claim rights to created content.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific result quality.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms, notifying users via the Telegram bot.
